Search works across all tickets regardless of current filters. It searches by ticket ID, subject, assigned user, or domain.
Search Override: When searching, all other filters are ignored to show all matching tickets from all users.
Auto-save: All your filter settings, sort preferences, and default user are automatically saved and restored when you reload the page.
Default User: Set a default user to automatically filter tickets when the page loads.
View Modes: Switch between Card View (Kanban-style) and Table View (spreadsheet-style) to see your tickets in different formats.
